ABS HR Club conducts a stimulating activity – “Insights: Happy Employees make great organizations” – for PGDM I & III Semester students

Taking forward the Club activities series, Asian Business School’s HR Club conducted a stimulating “Synergize To-Get-HR” activity – viz. “Insights- Happy Employees make great organizations” – based on Fundamental analysis of issues related to People in Organizations, with respect to Culture, Performance enhancement, Training and Compliance, Discipline and Outsourcing. The activity was held on Saturday, 5th October 2019 at its campus located in Sector 125, Noida.

The purpose of the activity was to develop analytical and critical thinking approach for decision making in a Company. The outcome also involved gaining knowledge about practical application of HR and related aspects, while preparing a powerpoint presentation to enhance communication skills and team spirit.

The activity was designed for PGDM I and PGDM III Semester ABS students who participated with great enthusiasm. They picked up companies from diversified sectors according to the Great Place to Work © list and established the relationship with the people and the companies’ work culture and environment what makes them employees reviewed and rated best places to work. Students were thrilled to understand the practical use of the concepts studied in class.

Based on the presentation skills, communication, analysis of the data and query handling, the Group (No:5) of Srestha Srivastva and Jagmeet Singh Johal who presented their insights on “Best place to work in the Hotel Industry: The Oberoi Group”, was judged the best.
